Fair Trade & Charity awareness

Hello everyone.

I would like to pitch a new idea to those people out there who read the blog.

What we (me and Laney) would like to do is put on an all day event in aid of charities and to raise awareness of Fair Trade This idea came about a few months ago when talking to some friends at a gathering shall we say.

The idea so far is to do have plays on during the day a kind of on the hour every hour sort of thing this would include dance performances. In the evening there would be a band night where local band and others (If we can get them) would play and play the night away.

To raise money the following ticket options would be available:

• Buy a ticket to see one show
• Buy a ticket to see all the show (You would only get to she the shows and not see the bands at the end of the night)
• Buy an All Day ticket (you would get to see all the shows and bands)

The things we are looking for are:

• Acts to play during the day and during the gigs
• A Venue
• Stage Manager (+ assistant)
• Stage Crew
• Tech crew
